CHILKO AIR is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team in Nowra. This installation-focused role covers residential split-system and ducted installations, with a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency. You’ll work locally in the Shoalhaven and have a fully stocked vehicle and company phone.

We offer a guaranteed 38 hours’ pay, a $3k sign-on bonus, and long-term opportunities with room to develop in a growing local business.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently or with a team while maintaining high workmanship quality.
• Pride in presentation, tools, and the work area.

Responsibilities

• Residential split-system installations and replacements.
• Residential ducted installations and replacements.
• Ductwork, zoning and control systems.
• Commissioning and completing installations.
• Residential and light-commercial servicing when required.
