Reece HVAC in St Leonards is seeking a Branch Staff member to assist tradespeople and contractors with product access, quotes in person and over the phone, and smooth branch operations. You’ll contribute to a safe, organized and welcoming environment and help keep customers happy throughout their visit.

If you enjoy helpful customer service, are comfortable using a computer, hold a clean driver’s licence, and are open to varied shifts including weekends, this role offers on the job training,

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and helping customers in person or over the phone.
• Able to use a computer and learn new systems.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.

• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
