Job summary

Epic Air Commercial Pty Ltd in Melrose Park, NSW, seeks a skilled HVAC Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Service Technician to service, maintain and commission a range of air conditioning systems. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs and liaise with clients to schedule and complete jobs.

The role requires a Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, ARCTICK, and a White Card, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. On-call duties are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service, maintenance and commissioning of air conditioning units.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for commercial and domestic systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance and commissioning of all types of air conditioning units.

Epic Air Commercial is a well-established (over 18 years) and reputable HVAC, Mechanical Services and Design organisation in Melrose Park, Sydney, NSW. Specialising in design, installation and maintenance across class 2 projects, commercial projects and high-end homes. We are approaching another stage of growth that requires another professional to join our service and maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out service, maintenance and commissioning of all types of air conditioning units

Conduct HAVC services, preventative maintenance and repairs for commercial, domestic and strata clients

Fault diagnostic and solutions

Breakdown repairs

Maintain adherence to all safety, company and manufacturer standards and procedures

Communicate directly with clients to schedule jobs

Complete reports on each completed work via management app

Qualifications & experience

Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

ARCTICK licence

Current White Card

Experience in a similar role

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Experience using SimPRO management app for scheduling and reporting purposes

Willingness to partake in our on-call roster
