Job summary

Downer is hiring HV Substation Electricians for permanent full-time roles in the Western Sydney region, working on brownfield HV switchyards and servicing primary HV and secondary systems. The position offers a 5/2 roster and the opportunity to be home most nights.

Qualifications

• A current NSW Electrical Licence.
• Strong background in primary HV and secondary systems installation.
• Current driver's licence.
• HRW licence - EWP and/or Forklift, Telehandler.
• Working at Heights & Confined Space certifications (highly desirable).
• First Aid & CPR/LVR certifications.
• Construction White Card.
• Strong commitment to Zero Harm safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Work on brownfield HV switchyards, primary HV and secondary systems.
• Join a small team on the Regentville project in Western Sydney.
