Roxburgh College in Melbourne seeks a Classroom Teacher to deliver well-planned programs and engage students across year levels. The role emphasises high-quality instruction, assessment, and collaboration with colleagues to meet school priorities.

The successful candidate will contribute to school policies, participate in professional learning and support student growth within the Victorian education framework. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Formación

• Knowledge of curriculum including literacy and numeracy integration.
• Experience planning and implementing high impact teaching strategies, guided by student learning.
• Experience monitoring and assessing student learning and providing feedback to students/parents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with collaboration with students, parents, colleagues and the community.
• Commitment to reflecting on practice and engaging in professional learning to improve teaching quality.

Responsabilidades

• Direct teaching of groups and individuals; plan, prepare and deliver programs to achieve student outcomes.
• Contribute to development and evaluation of curriculum areas within the school.
• Undertake other duties as determined by the School Principal.
• Engage with parents/guardians and school community to support student learning and wellbeing.
