Roxburgh College in Roxburgh Park, Melbourne, seeks an experienced classroom teacher to deliver high-quality instruction across years 7-12. The role emphasizes literacy and numeracy integration, data-informed practice, and collaboration with families and the wider school community.

The successful applicant will contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and professional learning within Roxburgh College, a large north Melbourne campus with about 1100 students, and will support school

Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum with ability to integrate literacy and numeracy skills.
Experience planning high-impact teaching strategies.
Experience monitoring student learning and using data to inform practice and provide feedback.

Responsabilités

Direct teaching of groups of students and individuals.
Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum areas and programs.
Undertake other duties as determined by the School Principal in line with responsibilities and pay level.
Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions; support school activities.
Supervise and mentor one or more student teachers and support data-informed improvement.
