Job summary

Spirit of Tasmania is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across the business from a newly appointed terminal in Geelong. You will report to the General Manager Human Resources and manage a team of five direct reports, ensuring high-quality HR service delivery.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive effective people outcomes, with a strong focus on industrial relations within a highly unionised environment, and play a key role in negotiations and compliance to secure

• Tertiary qualified, you will have a strong track record in a leadership role and possess excellent interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• You will have an excellent understanding of industrial relations and have worked within a highly unionised environment.
