Spirit of Tasmania is seeking a Marine Manager to oversee the operation of its vessels, ensuring safety, compliance, and high standards of performance. You will lead a team across marine operations and liaise with regulators to maintain certification and safety systems.

The role requires leadership experience as a Chief Officer or First Engineer, with a strong track record in ISM and vessel maintenance. An auditing accreditation is highly desirable and will support stakeholder relationships in

Formación

• Sailed at least as Chief Officer or First Engineer.
• Exposure to regulators and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with safety systems, sea worthiness, ISM and vessel maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operation of Spirit of Tasmania's vessels.
• Manage ongoing compliance and certification of vessels and equipment.
• Ensure best practice safety procedures and systems of work across the operation.
