Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner - ANZ to support the APAC HR Team from Mascot. The role offers flexible work options and autonomy, reporting to a HR Director in Singapore.

You will partner with business leaders to align people strategies with objectives, lead recruitment, onboarding and succession, and manage HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) and payroll processes across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Significant experience using SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS
• Partner with BU leaders to align people priorities with business objectives
• Experience supporting ANZ/APAC HR initiatives and delivering commercial outcomes
• Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and succession activities
• Ability to contribute to Teleflex culture and people-first approach

Responsibilities

• Partner with designated business leaders to provide practical HR support and advice, aligning people priorities and actions with business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and succession activities to address current and future talent requirements.
• Manage and coordinate HR functions including learning and development, HRIS Management (SuccessFactors), payroll preparation and recruitment.
• Provide advice and coaching to BU managers and staff on employee relations issues.
• Ensure all skill requirements are met within the BU’s through ongoing workforce planning, recruitment and staff development planning.

We now have a position available for a highly motivated and customer focusedHuman Resources Business Partner - ANZto join ourAPAC HR Team based in Mascot reporting to a HR Director based in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity to support, maintain and drive the HR function for designated Business Units across Australia and New Zealand. This is a fully flexible role with real autonomy where your voice will truly be heard and you are considered an integral component of the ongoing success of the Teleflex ANZ and broader APAC businesses.

Key responsibilities will include:

The successful candidate will possess previous experience ideally in the medical device industry but this is not considered essential. Essential skill requirements are significant experience using SAP Success Factors, proven exposure to working closely with Business Units with clear commercial outcomes and the ability to have Fun and add to our incredible culture.
