Surventis Surface Treatment Pty Ltd is seeking a commercially minded HR professional to lead the people agenda across ANZ operations. Reporting to APAC HR Leadership and working with local managing directors, you will be the trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving business performance through people, culture and organisational effectiveness.

This is a rare opportunity to own HR across multiple entities and contribute to regional transformation initiatives, including HR systems implementation

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager.
• Strong Australian employee relations and industrial relations expertise.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
• Experience supporting multiple business units, sites, legal entities or countries.
• Knowledge of HRIS or HR transformation projects.
• Self-directed, proactive approach with the ability to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and people strategy.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Drive annual HR processes including performance, remuneration and workforce reviews.
• Support HR transformation projects, including HR systems implementation, UAT testing, change management and business readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand employment legislation and workplace requirements.

Surventis Surface Treatment are seeking a commercially minded HR professional to lead the people agenda across their ANZ operations. Reporting functionally to APAC HR Leadership and working closely with local Managing Directors, you'll be the trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving business performance through people, culture and organisational effectiveness.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of HR across multiple legal entities while contributing to regional transformation initiatives, including HR systems implementation and process optimisation.

What You'll Be Doing

As the key HR partner for ANZ, you will:

Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and people strategy.

Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations.

Lead talent acquisition, succession planning and talent development initiatives.

Drive annual HR processes including performance, remuneration and workforce reviews.

Support HR transformation projects, including HR systems implementation, UAT testing, change management and business readiness activities.

Ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand employment legislation and workplace requirements.

Collaborate with APAC HR, Centres of Excellence, external providers and key stakeholders.

Build capability and enhance organisational effectiveness across multiple business entities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring:

Experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager.

Strong Australian employee relations and industrial relations expertise.

Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.

Experience supporting multiple business units, sites, legal entities or countries.

Strong knowledge of performance management, workforce planning and organisational change.

Exposure to HRIS, HR technology or transformation projects.

A self-directed, proactive approach with the ability to operate independently.

Knowledge of New Zealand employment practices will be highly regarded.
