The successful applicant will lead a small and vibrant team of administrators. They will be responsible for delivering top-class human resources support within the College community and carry management responsibility for the administrative functions of the College. The successful applicant will be passionate about facilitating the central mission of the College and supporting staff in ways that align to the values and Christian ethos of the College. This role is a full-time role.

• Demonstrated experience in office/administration management, together with practical HR administration or advisory experience
• Strong organisational and systems management capability
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage staff and competing priorities effectivelyStrong interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of contemporary HR practice and Australian employment relations obligations, with the ability to interpret relevant industrial instruments and policies
• Demonstrated discretion, sound judgement and ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information

• National Criminal History Check

Desirable:

• Experience in an educational or school-based environment
• Qualification in Human Resources, Business, Management or a related discipline
• Familiarity with school systems (e.g. SEQTA, Zunia, QCAA platforms)
