Ascham School in Edgecliff, NSW, seeks a permanent full-time Human Resources Advisor to deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will recruit, onboard, manage changes, leave, probation and performance processes with professionalism and confidentiality.
You will act as liaison between HR and Payroll, use the ELMO HRIS to train users, generate reports and drive continuous improvement across the school community.

We are looking for a permanent full-time Human Resources Advisor to join our team and help create an exceptional employee experience, with responsive and professional end-to-end Human Resources (HR) support across the employee lifecycle. Working collaboratively with leaders and employees across the school, you will coordinate recruitment and onboarding, provide practical HR advice, support payroll-related processes, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that enable our staff and community to thrive.
