Mercy Health is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support the employee lifecycle from recruitment to management. The role supports Workday processes, remote work two days per week after training, and welcomes applicants from varied administrative or customer service backgrounds.

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in completing transactional activities to support the employee lifecycle from recruitment to employee management across all areas of Mercy Health. This position will involve working remotely 2 days per week (following initial training) and we welcome applications from varied administrative or customer service backgrounds.
Your attention to detail, ability to navigate HR systems, and commitment to maintaining a high level of customer service will be essential to your success in this role. A team player, who possess an ability to manage competing tasks and prioritise work in time critical environments.
