Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to engage with leaders and stakeholders across organisations in Sydney. The role covers both operational and strategic HR partnering, with opportunities across diverse industries.

Applicants should bring proven HR advisory experience, strong employee relations skills, and a commercially minded, solutions-focused approach. Face-to-face or video interviews will be arranged via Adecco.

Qualifications

• Proven experience partnering with leaders and key stakeholders across an organisation.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, policies and legislation.
• Demonstrated experience providing strategic and operational HR advice.
• Strong employee relations and performance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leaders and stakeholders to discuss HR partnering opportunities across industries and seniorities.
• Provide confidential conversations about career opportunities and expectations with Adecco recruitment teams.
• Support a range of HR activities from operational partnering to strategic business partnering.
• Stay updated on HR policies and compliance to advise clients accurately.
• Coordinate with client organisations to understand needs and align HR solutions.
