Job summary

Domremy Catholic College Five Dock, a part of Sydney Catholic Schools, seeks an engaging HSIE/RE Teacher for a temporary 2027 position with potential for permanency. The role requires the ability to teach Stage 6 and deliver student-centered, faith-based learning within a Catholic context.

You will contribute to a supportive school community, uphold child safety standards, and engage in ongoing professional development. WWCC clearance and accreditation are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a tertiary Education qualification with NESA accreditation.
• Ability to teach HSIE and Religious Education up to Stage 6.
• Experience in Catholic education is preferred.
• WWCC clearance is required prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Teach HSIE/RE to students in a Catholic learning environment.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and student well-being focus.
• Deliver Stage 6 curriculum and assessment.
• Support student engagement and inclusive learning experiences.
