Coronado Global Resources Inc. is seeking a Systems and Assurance Lead to oversee HSET governance, data integrity and reporting across the Curragh Complex in Blackwater. The role partners with operations, safety and compliance teams to ensure reliable systems and effective record management.

You will provide strategic advice on system capability, drive consistency across sites and lead improvements in risk management, access controls and training integration within mining operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HSET systems, assurance, compliance or risk in mining/heavy industry.
• Supervisory, leadership or senior specialist experience.
• Strong understanding of HSET management systems, governance and assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and leadership capability.
• Experience with Damstra, Power BI and related tools.
• Experience with contractor management and site access systems.
• Experience integrating training and competency systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the governance framework for HSET management systems across the operation.
• Establish clear standards for system ownership, data integrity, access, configuration and reporting.
• Ensure systems remain aligned with legislative, corporate and operational requirements.
• Provide strategic advice to the Manager HSET and leaders on system capability and risks.
• Drive consistency in the application and use of HSET systems across sites and functions.
