Job summary

Buildcorp is seeking a structured and proactive professional to join our team in Sydney as a permanent, full-time role focused on business improvement and HSEQ systems.

You’ll lead systems and process improvements, drive digital transformation initiatives, and support audits, compliance and safety programs across projects. You’ll collaborate with project teams, manage data reporting, and help raise our safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint (very important to be successful)
• Cert IV in Work Health & Safety
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Familiarity with OFSC requirements
• Familiarity with Procore, Breadcrumb, SharePoint and other systems or platforms
