Job summary

Pearl Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager in the Perth area (Canning Vale) to own and advance the company’s HSEQ function. You will partner with leaders to drive safety, quality and regulatory compliance across operations, including ISO and audits.

The role requires strong hands-on HSEQ expertise and the ability to influence safety behaviours across teams, with occasional site travel and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• HSEQ experience in manufacturing/mining or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and standards.
• Experience implementing ISO and Integrated Management Systems.
• Proven experience with audits, investigations and corrective actions.
• Experience with workers' compensation and injury management.
• Ability to lead safety initiatives with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve HSEQ systems, policies and procedures.
• Drive proactive safety culture with operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and industry standards.
• Oversee hazard identification, risk assessments, inspections and investigations.
• Manage Integrated Management Systems and internal/external audits.
• Oversee workers' compensation and return-to-work processes.
• Monitor HSEQ performance and implement improvement initiatives.
• Provide HSEQ advice and reporting to COO and management.
