Job summary

SCEE Electrical Pty is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead health, safety, environment, quality, and risk strategies from our Perth CBD corporate hub. The role reports to the General Manager Operations and involves governance, audits, and stakeholder engagement across a diverse project portfolio.

Based in Perth with some site travel, you will drive continuous improvement, lead HSEQ teams, and monitor regulatory changes to sustain high performance.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in HSEQ, Safety or Risk Management.
• Experience managing integrated management systems and certification frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS, environmental and quality management requirements.
• Experience with incident investigations and assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and strategic direction for HSEQ, risk and quality across projects and operations.
• Lead audits, investigations and compliance initiatives.
• Support operational leaders in managing risk and maintaining high HSEQ standards.
• Provide functional leadership to project HSE teams nationally.
• Monitor emerging risks and legislative changes; report to senior leadership.
• Champion a positive, practical HSEQ culture across the business.
• Travel to project sites and locations as required to fulfil role responsibilities.
