Webuild S.p.A. in Western Australia is seeking an experienced HSEQ Director to lead Health, Safety, Environment and Quality for the New Women and Babies Hospital Project in Perth.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will drive compliance, continuous improvement and a world‑class safety culture across all site activities. You will oversee the HSE Management Plan, EMP, ISO 9001 quality system and environmental commitments, coordinating audits, investigations and incident responses while

Qualifications

• Lead HSEQ strategy for a large health infrastructure program.
• Ensure compliance with Australian legislation and client requirements.
• Drive incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Lead audits, risk assessments and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the HSE Management Plan for the project.
• Oversee EMP implementation and environmental monitoring.
• Lead the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001.
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance.
