Webuild is delivering the New Women and Babies Hospital project in Perth, WA. We are seeking an HSE Advisor to support, maintain and implement health, safety and environmental requirements for the project.

This role operates on a permanent night shift roster to support critical construction activities outside standard hours. You will lead site inspections, audits and HSE reporting to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in health, safety and environment (HSE).
• Experience in large-scale commercial building/construction projects.
• Proven ability to develop, monitor and implement safety management systems.
• Strong influencing skills to engage at all levels.
• Promote a safe working environment and lead a strong safety culture.
• Willingness to work permanent night shift roster.

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of HSE management system requirements and programs.
• Lead site inspections and subcontractor HSE audits and report results.
• Assist with implementation of QHSE policies, standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance standards are met and maintained for the project.
• Identify HSE risks and develop mitigation measures.
• Drive positive safety performance and detailed reporting.
