Clough Limited in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking an experienced HSEQ Director to lead Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality for the new Women and Babies Hospital project. Reporting to the Project Director, you will ensure compliance with Australian laws and corporate policies while driving a strong safety culture on site.

• Lead HSEQ across a landmark health infrastructure project.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and client requirements.
• Drive audits, investigations, corrective actions and behavioural safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the HSE Management Plan.
• Oversee EMP and environmental permits.
• Lead regular audits, inspections and risk assessments with closure of actions.
• Oversee the Quality Management System and supplier/subcontractor performance.
