Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services is seeking an HSEQ Advisor to provide practical health, safety and environmental guidance to rail project teams from a Seven Hills base.

You will maintain audit/inspection programmes, support safe-work documentation, investigate incidents and drive improvements across project teams, with clear compliance reporting and communication of requirements.

Qualifications

  • Relevant safety-role experience and strong interpersonal skills; rail or transport exposure is desirable.
  • Diploma in occupational health and safety or equivalent.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent and Certificate IV in Environmental Management.
  • Investigation qualification, with ICAM or TapRoot desirable; occupational first-aid qualification.
  • Lead-auditor qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience developing safety-management systems and tools and strong Microsoft Office, reporting and document-interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

Our client is an established engineering, construction and operations business delivering transport, building, water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities.

The Opportunity

Provide practical health, safety and environmental advice to rail project teams from a Seven Hills base.

Your Work
