Job summary

AustCorp Executive is seeking an HSEQ Advisor to support a Facilities Management operation. You will provide hands-on health, safety and quality guidance, lead incident investigations, and help implement corrective actions across multiple soft-services sites in Sydney.

You will deliver training, conduct inductions for staff and contractors, and ensure compliance through site audits and up-to-date safety records. ESG data gathering and risk mitigation form part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of OHS Advisor experience.
• Experience creating SWMS, SOPs and MSDS.
• Ability to train and upskill employees and contractors in HSEQ.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites around Sydney for HSE activities.
• Full Australian work rights and ability to obtain a National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Health, Safety and Quality advice and support across soft services sites, leading incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Deliver training and site inductions to employees and contractors on Health, Safety and Quality requirements.
• Conduct audits and maintain safety records to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.
• Gather and analyse ESG and sustainability data for accurate reporting and compliance.
• Identify risks and hazards, and recommend controls to mitigate them.
