Iluka Resources is seeking a safety-focused Shift Process Operator for our Cataby operation. This site-based role follows a 7 days on/7 days off roster, supporting inspections, maintenance, and future infrastructure projects to ensure readiness and compliance.
You will work with site teams to monitor tailings and plant systems, perform control room tasks, and drive continuous improvement in safety and reliability across operations.

We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Shift Process Operator to support the ongoing operation and upkeep of site infrastructure at our Cataby operation. The Cataby mining operation is located near the Town of Dandaragan, approximately 150 kilometres north of Perth. The role is critical to ensuring inspection, maintenance, and improvement activities are completed to the required standard, helping maintain a safe and compliant site while supporting future operational readiness. This is a site-based permanent position working a 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off roster.
