Job summary

Monadelphous Group is seeking an experienced HSE & Training Advisor to join our NSW operations. This hands-on role will work with site and project teams to drive safety performance, compliance, workforce capability and continuous improvement.

You will travel across Narrabri, the Hunter Valley and Newcastle to support project, training and HSE activities, conduct audits, deliver training, and maintain training records while promoting a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Hold a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent).
• Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent.
• Experience in mining/resources/industrial/construction/maintenance sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and industry standards.
• Experience delivering training, inductions, toolbox talks, and workforce engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE and training advice to project/site teams to improve safety performance.
• Monitor compliance with company standards and legislative requirements.
• Maintain HSE documentation including permits, risk assessments, and JHAs.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
