Job summary

K-Drill Pty Ltd is seeking a Health and Injury Management Advisor to coordinate WA workers’ compensation and injury management for FIFO surface and underground drilling crews.

You will own health surveillance, fitness for work, psychosocial risk programs and confidential records, collaborating with the Group Safety Manager and site supervisors to support injured workers and ensure timely return to work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in WA workers compensation and injury management, preferably in mining, resources, or FIFO environments.
• Experience working with insurers, treating practitioners and workplace rehabilitation providers.
• Current C Class driver's licence.
• Ability to satisfy medical, fitness for work, drug and alcohol testing and client site access requirements.
• High standard of confidentiality and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Work in WA workers' compensation and injury management for FIFO sites.
• Coordinate injury management and return to work programs.
• Lead early intervention and health surveillance activities.
• Oversee health surveillance and medicals for the workforce.
• Assess fitness for work and related accommodations.
• Address psychosocial risk and wellbeing in a mining context.
• Provide incident support and injury prevention initiatives.
• Maintain confidential health records and reporting.
