Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar HSE role.
• Ability to engage effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage HSE aspects across shutdown works.
• Support risk identification and ensure activities are reduced to ALARP.
• Lead incident investigations and communicate findings to project teams.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Incident investigation capabilities

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

Cert IV in WHS

ICAM or Taproot certification
