Freo Group Pty Ltd in Australia seeks an experienced HSE Advisor to lead practical safety improvements on site. You will provide hands-on HSE advice, coach teams and drive investigations and risk controls across our mining, oil & gas, infrastructure projects.

You will partner with operators to strengthen safety culture, deliver toolbox talks, ensure compliance with WHS legislation, and maintain accurate HSE records for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Relevant WHS qualification and practical industry experience.
• Experience in HSE advisory or operational safety role.
• Knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management.
• Experience with safety inspections, safety audits and incident investigations.

Responsabilités

• Provide practical HSE advice, coaching and technical guidance to operational teams and site leadership.
• Identify risks through inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Support investigations, identify root causes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to promote a positive safety culture.
• Maintain HSE records and monitor safety performance for continuous improvement.
