Job summary

Fulton Hogan Utilities in Belmont, WA, is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to drive health and safety systems on site. You will work with field staff and clients to promote safe practices, investigations, and risk controls, supporting managers to foster a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety relevant to the role.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• ICAM lead investigator experience preferred.
• Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of Fulton Hogan health and safety systems and strategies.
• Provide health and safety specialist advice, technical and management support.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to prevent and minimise workplace injuries.
• Support managers and supervision in activities towards a positive health and safety culture.
• Coordinate and manage audit programs.
• Establishing and implementation of procedures for safety/risk management and emergencies.
