Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd seeks an experienced HSE Advisor to support health and safety systems for the Belmont, WA site. You will work with field staff and clients to promote safer, smarter working practices and drive continuous improvement in health and safety performance.

Key duties include implementing safety systems, providing specialist advice, auditing programs, and contributing to a positive safety culture with timely, practical risk controls.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety is required.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• ICAM lead investigator experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• Ability to work unsupervised and to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of Fulton Hogan health and safety systems and strategies.
• Provide health and safety specialist advice and management support.
• Help develop strategies to prevent and minimise workplace injuries.
• Support managers and supervision in activities toward a positive health and safety culture.
• Coordinate and manage audit programs.
• Develop and implement procedures for safety, risk management and emergencies.
