Job summary

Ertech is seeking an HSE Advisor to join our safety team for Sydney-based projects. The role focuses on providing timely WHS guidance, supporting training, incident investigations and driving continuous safety improvements across sites.

Successful candidates will have at least 3 years WHS experience in construction or similar environments, and hold or be willing to obtain a White Card and Police clearance. You will travel between Sydney projects and contribute to a safe, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years WHS experience in construction or similar field.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Cert 4 or higher in OHS/WHS (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of WHS objectives and ensure hazard identification and risk control.
• Manage incidents, injuries, corrective actions, and return-to-work programs.
• Monitor WHS performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to improve WHS outcomes.
• Coach and mentor others in WHS expectations.
