Job summary

Resource Services Group X (RSGx) is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our construction team for ongoing work on major mining, resources and energy transition projects in Australia. You will ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across a variety of sites.

FIFO from Perth to Pilbara, WA, with a 2:1 roster and a competitive salary package including base pay and super plus a 40% site uplift. Prior HSE leadership and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• OHS Construction Card (White Card).
• Diploma or Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (essential).
• ICAM or equivalent incident investigation training (preferred).
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Previous remote construction or resources experience in HSE.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE leadership and support across project sites.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessions.
• Work with supervisors, engineers, and client representatives to maintain compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset across teams.

Education

Diploma or Certificate IV in WHS

ICAM or equivalent incident investigation training
