Job summary

Fuse Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced HSEQ Coordinator for a Narangba-based manufacturing organisation. The role combines site-based HSEQ activities with systems, reporting and continuous improvement.

You will influence safety culture and ensure compliance across operations, working with site leaders and project teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HSEQ, a relevant tertiary qualification, and a proactive, practical approach to workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HSEQ or related field.
• 3+ years in an HSEQ Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of WHS and environmental legislation.
• Experience with audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HSEQ policies, procedures and SWMS.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and implement effective control measures.

Are you an experienced HSEQ professional looking for a role where you can actually make an impact?

We’re currently recruiting for an established manufacturing organisation based in Narangba that is looking to bring an experienced HSEQ Coordinator into their team.

• Full-time position based in Narangba

As the HSEQ Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting and strengthening HSEQ practices across the organisation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining HSEQ policies, procedures and SWMS
• Conducting workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Identifying hazards and implementing effective control measures
• Providing HSEQ guidance, training and support to operational teams
• Managing incident and near-miss investigations
• Driving corrective and preventative actions

You’ll ideally have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in HSEQ, WHS, Environmental Management or a related discipline
• 3+ years' experience in an HSEQ Coordinator or similar position
• Experience within manufacturing, construction or another industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of WHS and environmental legislation
• Experience with audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence working with both operational and management teams
• Experience using HSEQ systems and reporting tools
• A practical, proactive approach to workplace safety
