Job summary

Francom is seeking an experienced HRIS & Workforce Specialist to lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of Tanda across multiple franchise and client entities. The role is hands-on in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment, configuring workforce systems and driving payroll and compliance outcomes through technology.

You will work closely with senior leadership and external clients to support workforce management, compliance frameworks and system integration across diverse businesses.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll compliance.
• Knowledge of Fair Work Act and modern awards.
• Experience in multi-entity or client-facing environments.
• Strong HRIS implementation and optimisation skills.
• Attention to detail with compliance risk awareness.
• Ability to translate legislation into practical system solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, autonomous working style.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Tanda across multiple client environments.
• Build backend structures: employee profiles, classifications, pay rules.
• Apply modern awards and award-free arrangements within Tanda for Fair Work compliance.
• Manage timekeeping, breaks, overtime, allowances, payroll inputs for accuracy.
• Conduct HR, Fair Work and payroll audits and support remediation.
• Support HRIS and CRM implementations, including data migration and testing.
• Maintain accurate employee records and system integrity across platforms.
• Provide Tanda system support and guidance to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist onboarding, system setup and workforce compliance requirements.
• Identify system improvements and compliance risks to streamline processes.
