Job summary

Murrin Murrin Operations, part of Glencore, seeks a meticulous HR data-entry professional to manage employee lifecycle transactions across Oracle and Workday at our WA site.

Reporting to the HR Superintendent, you will ensure data accuracy, support testing and readiness, and collaborate with HR, Payroll and Finance to protect confidential information and maintain high data quality.

Qualifications

• Qualification in HR, business administration, information systems or related field.
• WA C Class licence where required.
• Experience in HR administration, HRIS support, or high-volume transactional environments.
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes with Oracle EBS and Workday desirable.
• Strong Excel and data skills including reconciliations, lookups, validation and reporting.
• Accurate data entry, document management and MS Office/Teams.
• Clear, professional communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Organised, discreet with strong judgement handling confidential information.
• Adaptable and service-focused with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and project teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and data quality across all activities.

The Role

The successful candidate will become a member of a hardworking and committed team who can provide strong systems data-entry.

You will be responsible for:

• Process and maintain employee lifecycle transactions across Oracle and Workday
• Validate employee, position, organisational, remuneration and payroll-related data for accuracy and consistency
• Reconcile system records, investigate discrepancies and maintain clear audit evidence
• Execute testing, support defect resolution and assist with UAT, data validation and implementation readiness
• Support cutover, go-live, critical care and transition activities to business-as-usual processes
• Monitor exceptions, task queues and support requests, resolving or escalating issues within agreed timeframes
• Work with HR, Payroll, Finance, project teams and system contractors to resolve issues and improve processes
• Maintain confidentiality, data quality, compliance, safety and effective information management throughout all activities

About You

Reporting directly to the HR Superintendent this role would suit a detailed and process-oriented person.

You will also have:

• Relevant qualification in HR, business administration, information systems or a related field, with a WA C Class licence where required
• Experience in HR administration, HRIS support, employee data management or high-volume transactional environments
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, with Oracle EBS and Workday experience highly desirable
• Strong Excel and data skills, including reconciliations, lookups, validation, reporting and identifying data anomalies
• Accurate data entry, document management, version control and strong capability across Microsoft Office and Teams
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain HRIS and data issues and work effectively across teams
• Highly organised, detail-focused and discreet, with strong judgement when handling confidential employee information
• Adaptable, reliable and service-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities, investigate issues and remain composed during busy periods.
