Job summary

Breville Group is seeking an HR Program Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and governance of its HR systems agenda. This role focuses on the HRIS, the broader HR technology stack, and programs that run on it, including annual performance, compensation and engagement cycles.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with experience owning scope, timelines, risk, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Experience managing an external delivery or implementation partner.
• Detail-focused planning and governance.
• Ability to explain technical detail to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience applying AI tools to HR operations and systems work.
• Experience leading HRIS vendor selection and go-live.
• Experience delivering system-enabled HR cycles (performance, compensation, engagement).
• Knowledge of HR processes (performance, compensation, learning, engagement, recruitment).
• Global or multi-country organisation exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program-manage the system-enabled annual HR cycles (performance reviews, promotions, engagement).
• Coordinate with Global HR Team and Technology Services on onboarding, process improvement, and automation.
• Lead the HRIS RFP and implementation from requirements to go-live.
• Plan and prioritise the HR system roadmap balancing HR, business, and tech needs.
• Oversee system releases, track progress, manage risks, obtain sign-off.
• Provide regular status updates to HR leadership and governance.
• Maintain documentation and access controls for audit readiness.
• Partner with Implementation Partner and Technology Services on integrations.
