Job summary

Blackwoods is seeking an HR Systems specialist to administer UKG Workforce Ready/Time & Attendance and provide ongoing support for Dayforce, SumTotal and Humanforce across Australia. You will work with People & Culture, Payroll, IT and Operations to keep HR data accurate and systems secure.

You will drive system updates, report on HR data integrity and translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience administering UKG Workforce Ready/Time & Attendance.
• Tier one HRIS experience with Dayforce; experience with SumTotal and Humanforce desirable.
• Ability to support multiple HR systems and updates.
• Experience with integrations, security, data validation, reconciliation and reporting.
• Understanding of timekeeping and payroll concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on data integrity.
• Customer-focused communication across audiences.
• Collaborative, able to prioritise and own outcomes.
• Relevant qualification or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Ability to participate in system updates across multiple HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on administration and support of UKG Workforce Ready/Time & Attendance, including configuration, tests and troubleshooting.
• Support Dayforce, SumTotal and Humanforce HRIS environments and updates.
• Assist with system integrations, security roles, data validation and reporting.
• Contribute to ongoing system improvements and accuracy of HR and payroll data.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Payroll, IT and Operations to ensure reliable HR systems.

Join Blackwoods’ People & Safety team and help deliver reliable HR systems, accurate data and a responsive experience for the people who use them.This role will suit someone with a natural flair for systems and a curiosity to understand how they work, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and find practical solutions.

About the role

Reporting to the HR Systems Manager, you’ll take responsibility for day-to-day administration and support of UKG Workforce Ready and Dayforce HRIS, with additional support across SumTotal and Humanforce. Working closely with People & Culture, Payroll, IT and Operations, you’ll keep systems configured, secure and reliable, resolve issues and identify practical improvements. Your work will support accurate workforce and payroll outcomes across Australia.

What you’ll be doing

• Hands-on experience administering and supporting UKG Workforce Management/Time & Attendance, including configuration, business rules, testing and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience supporting a tier one HRIS system, such as Dayforce, and experience supporting a range of HR systems such as SumTotal and Humanforce is highly desirable.
• Support future system updates and implementations across multiple HR systems
• Experience with system integrations, role-based security and data validation, reconciliation and reporting.
• An understanding of timekeeping and payroll concepts, HR data flows and how business applications connect.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to explain system issues and solutions clearly to different audiences.
• The ability to collaborate across teams, prioritise competing requests and take ownership of outcomes.
• A relevant qualification or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Support future system updates and implementations across multiple HR systems
