Your Impact:

As a bridge between HR and the project team, you’ll strengthen foundations and help shape a future that’s streamlined, smart and seamlessly connected.

You’ll lead initiatives that refine ways of working, improve processes and support system implementation - all aligned with our transformation journey.

You Will Be Diving Into:

This isn’t your average project role, you’ll be hands-on in shaping how HR works, collaborates and delivers value across ATCO. Here’s what you’ll be diving into:

• Be the knowledge guru– craft/update clear documentation (that could include practical SOPs, process maps, policies) that help bring our ways of working vision to life.
• Team up across the business- work closely with HR, Finance, Group Tech and external partners to co-design smarter, future-ready processes.
• Get us ready lead the charge on data clean-up, testing and go-live prep to make sure we hit the ground running.
• Bring people on the journey- help craft communications and training that make change feel exciting, not overwhelming.
• Shape what comes next- contribute to the design of our post-implementation operating model, governance, and new ways of working.

What Your Bring:

• Strong HR generalist or HRBP experience with a passion for process design and transformation, with eye to employee experience and organisation efficiency.
• We value a systems mindset—someone who sees the bigger picture and understands how tools and processes connect to drive outcomes.
• Exceptional coordination, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Be inquisitive - always digging deeper to understand processes and uncover opportunities.
• Experience inknowledge managementand documentation development.
