Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese Ltd (CSPD) is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Officer for a temporary full-time role until end February 2027. You will respond to employee queries, support onboarding, manage HR data in the HRIS, and assist with payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of HR systems, and the ability to apply Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills with a solutions-focused approach.
• Sound knowledge of HR systems and processes.
• Ability to interpret and apply Enterprise Agreements and relevant employment legislation.
• A current Working With Children Check (Paid Employee).
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or a related field (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee service queries and manage tier one and two support requests via the ticketing system.
• Assist with employee services such as onboarding, document requests, employment forms, and data updates.
• Support fortnightly payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and ensure compliance with enterprise agreements and legislation.
• Contribute to projects, process improvements, and administrative support tasks.
