Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, learning, remuneration, performance management, and offboarding.
• Lead the Dayforce HCM team and coordinate with Centres of Excellence and Payroll.
• Deliver people metrics and develop reporting tools.
• Identify and implement enhancements to HR systems and processes.
