JBS Riverina Plant is seeking a proactive HR Officer to join the People & Culture team. You will collaborate with facility leaders to manage workforce planning, recruitment, ER, performance and attendance, RTW coordination, and HR compliance at a high-volume processing site.

You will provide practical HR guidance, maintain records, assist with investigations and HR reporting, and support various administrative processes across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong administration, organisation and processing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• Investigation, problem-solving and report-writing abilities.
• Excellent time management with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive approach with ownership of tasks and projects.
• Previous experience in a Human Resources or related administrative role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is valued.

Responsabilités

• Support workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Oversee attendance management, RTW coordination and HR compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting.
