Job summary

Professional Search Group in Perth, WA is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to partner with management, payroll and the wider team. You will own a broad range of HR responsibilities, drive policies, and support a payroll system update across multiple WA locations.

The role emphasises practical problem solving, strong stakeholder management and the ability to travel between sites as required. Office-based with flexibility to work from home a couple of days per week.

About the role

This is a hands on, stand alone, people focused HR role with the opportunity to take ownership of a broad range of HR responsibilities.

The successful person will work closely with management, payroll and the wider team to improve HR processes, implement policies and procedures, and help drive a payroll system update.

Key responsibilities

Working arrangements

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Office-based role with the flexibility to work from home a couple of days per week.
• Flexible start and finish times.
• The business generally finishes at 4:30pm, with operations starting as early as 6:00am.
• Travel between sites may be required.
