Job summary

Americold Realty Trust, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager for our Brisbane operations. You will partner with leaders to shape workforce planning, lead employee relations, and drive a high-performing culture in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, leadership development, and strong engagement with union representatives to ensure compliant, effective people practices across sites. Travel to multiple Brisbane sites will be required.

Qualifications

5+ years in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or senior HR Generalist role.
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, supply chain or similar operational environments.
Strong ER/IR capability with unions and employee representatives.
Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business (preferred).
Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with operational leaders to deliver workforce planning and people strategies.
Lead employee relations matters and engage with union representatives.
Drive performance, talent development and leadership capability across sites.
Champion culture and engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
Ensure HR processes comply with legislation, EA and company policies.
Utilize HR data and insights to influence decisions and improve effectiveness.
