Diageo Australia seeks a Senior HRBP to partner Executive members across Commercial, Marketing and Finance from our Sydney HQ. This senior role operates in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with hybrid working (circa 60% office/40% WFH) and limited interstate travel.

You will own the people strategy and annual plan, shape talent, culture and organisation design, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving growth, performance and inclusion across around 200 employees.

Formación

• Proven senior HRBP experience partnering Executive members in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong commercial acumen connecting people strategy to growth, customer, brand and financial outcomes.
• Deep generalist capability across talent, OE, culture, leadership, performance and change.
• Experience leading end-to-end people projects or strategic HR pillars with measurable business impact.
• Understanding of the Australian employment landscape, people risk and ER matters.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the people strategy and annual plan for Commercial, Marketing and Finance.
• Act as senior trusted advisor to Executive members, challenging constructively.
• Lead end-to-end P&C projects and pillars with governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Shape organisation design and workforce investment for a future-fit business.
• Partner CoEs and People Services to execute talent and culture priorities.
