Job summary

WITRON Australia is expanding and seeks an experienced recruiter to join our Kemps Creek team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment in collaboration with the HR Business Partner and HR Coordinators, supporting growth across our operations.

You will handle career fairs, HR data in SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos, payroll data consolidation, and contribute to a strong workplace culture while traveling domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruiting/HR administration.
• Passion for candidate experience and process improvement.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel domestically and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, in collaboration with the HR Business Partner and HR Coordinators.
• Preparation and participation in career fairs/open days including liaising with marketing support and organising resources.
• Maintaining, managing, and reporting on employee data in HR systems, including SAP Success Factors and Kronos.
• Administration tasks such preparing employment documentation, scheduling training programs, maintaining leave calendars etc.
• Consolidation of data and information for fortnightly payroll through outsourced payroll provider.
• Promote and foster the WITRON company culture.
• Other general HR and administrative tasks as required.
