Job summary

Witron Service Australia Pty Ltd is hiring at our Kemps Creek site to grow our Australian team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with the HR Business Partner and Coordinators, and help shape candidate experience across operations.

Based in New South Wales with occasional domestic travel, you’ll maintain HR data in SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos, organize career fairs, and support payroll consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, in collaboration with HRBP and HR Coordinators.
• Prepare and participate in career fairs/open days with marketing support.
• Maintain and report on employee data in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos).
• Handle employment documentation, training scheduling, and leave calendars.
• Consolidate data for fortnightly payroll through outsourced payroll provider.
• Promote and foster the Witron company culture.
• Perform other general HR and administrative tasks as required.

Hitting the ground running you'll be deep into recruiting activity, seeking ways to streamline and improve process, and you'll be a key contributor to the success of our Australian operations.

Locally based in New South Wales, this role will require, in the first three (3) months, periodic travel to Brisbane for training, inductions etc…

Previous experience in recruiting/HR administration

Has the flexibility to work hours that may involve differing time zones/shiftwork/weekends to support the operational requirements as required

Construction industry experience desired but not essential

Able and willing to travel domestically as required

Your role in our team

Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, in collaboration with the HR Business Partner and HR Coordinators

Preparation and participation in career fairs/open days including liaising with marketing support and organising resources

Maintaining, managing, and reporting on employee data in HR systems, including SAP Success Factors and Kronos

Administration tasks such preparing employment documentation, scheduling training programs, maintaining leave calendars etc.

Consolidation of data and information for fortnightly payroll through outsourced payroll provider

Promote and foster the WITRON company culture

Other general HR and administrative tasks as required
