Job summary

Zimmermann is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our Corporate HR team. You will partner with leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and development.

In a hands-on role, you will drive workplace safety, workers’ compensation, compliance and continuous improvement while building strong relationships and delivering practical guidance to leaders and teams.

Qualifications

• Broad HR Generalist experience across lifecycle activities.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliant HR practices.
• Experience supporting workplace safety and workers' compensation.

Responsibilities

• HR Partnership and Team Member Lifecycle: recruit, onboard, perform, develop, offboard.
• Provide guidance on people matters, employee relations and workforce planning.
• Manage recruitment end-to-end with hiring leaders to attract talent.
• Support engagement, retention and development initiatives; maintain HR records.
• Ensure HR policies align with legislation and company requirements.
• Coordinate safety initiatives and workers' compensation processes.
• Deliver HR reporting and insights to support business decisions.
