Amentum is seeking an HR Generalist in Alice Springs to provide dual-jurisdiction HR support across VESTA and OASIS programs. The role links program management with corporate HR, handling employee relations, compliance, and policy challenges while ensuring AU Fair Work and US labor standards adherence.

The ideal candidate has a Certificate IV or Bachelor's in HR, 2+ years in HR admin, and experience with Workday.

Formación

• Certificate IV in HR or a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
• Proven experience utilizing Workday or equivalent enterprise-tier HRIS platforms.
• Experience supporting defense industry programs or working within a dual AU/US corporate matrix.
• Basic knowledge of AU Fair Work Act and USA FLSA.
• Excellent communication skills with strong IT proficiency (SharePoint, MS Office).
• Valid Driver's Licence.
• Willingness to complete background checks, pre-employment medical, D&A and police clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate, timely data entry within Australian and US HRIS and payroll systems.
• Process contracts, variations, onboarding workflows, and terminations within HRIS and customer systems.
• Coordinate end-to-end enrollment for Australian superannuation and US benefits plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Investigate and resolve complex employee-relations issues with escalation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with AU Fair Work Ombudsman regulations and US labor laws.
• Draft, update, and implement local HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain audit-ready records in line with defense contracting requirements.
• Promote workplace health and safety practices at the site.
