Job summary

Frontline Human Resources is seeking reliable HR Drivers to join their logistics team in Jandakot, WA. You will deliver goods to Perth restaurant customers across the metropolitan area, performing multi-drop routes with safety and efficiency.

Shifts include morning and afternoon with at least 4 shifts per week during January. The role requires a valid HR licence, minimum 2 years' driving experience, and a strong focus on customer service and safe driving practices.

Qualifications

• A current and valid HR (Heavy Rigid) licence.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Delivery and multi-drop experience.
• Flexibility for morning and afternoon shifts.
• Available during the peak period 21 December 2026 – 3 January 2027 (excl. Christmas).
• Clean 5-year driving history.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical, police checks and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

HR Drivers Required - Jandakot, WA | AM & PM Shifts

Join a Leading Logistics Team - HR Drivers Wanted!

Our client is a global leader in logistics, supporting renowned restaurant chains worldwide. They are seeking reliable and experienced HR Drivers to join their growing team based in Jandakot, Western Australia.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a fast-paced logistics operation, delivering essential goods to well-known restaurant chains across the Perth metropolitan area. We are looking for professional, safety-focused drivers with commercial driving experience, excellent customer service skills and the flexibility to work across both morning and afternoon shifts as required.

What's on Offer?

• Competitive pay rates starting from $50+ per hour
• First 2 weeks of full-time, paid in-house training (Monday to Friday), covering client processes and procedures
• Minimum of 4 shifts per week throughout January, followed by 3-4 shifts per week moving forward

Availability Requirements

• Must be available throughout the peak period from 21 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, excluding Christmas Day (25 December)
• Flexible availability beyond the peak period
• Morning shift availability is preferred; however, you must also be available to work afternoon shifts when required
• Must be available for a minimum of 4 shifts per week throughout January

To Be Successful, You Will Need

• A current and valid HR (Heavy Rigid) driver's licence
• A minimum of 2 years' commercial driving experience
• Previous commercial driving and delivery experience
• Flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts as required
• Availability throughout the peak period, excluding Christmas Day
• A clean 5-year driving history report
• A strong understanding of safe driving practices
• Good knowledge of Perth metropolitan roads and delivery routes
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• A reliable, punctual and professional attitude
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment
• Willingness to undergo police checks and drug and alcohol screening
